1. Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we will not be able to accept return requests.
2. Return Eligibility
A product qualifies for return only if:
It is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All accessories, tags, manuals, and boxes are present.
You received:
A damaged product
A defective product
A wrong item compared to what you ordered
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety, some products cannot be returned:
Used or physically damaged items
Products damaged after delivery
Products purchased during clearance/sale
Accessories with cut cables or burnt connectors (signs of misuse)
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
WhatsApp your order details & product video showing the issue.
Share your order ID, issue description, and unboxing video/product video showing the defect.
Our support team will verify and arrange for a pickup or provide return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
In case of a verified damaged/wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For any other return, the customer may need to bear shipping charges.
