At Reliable Accessories, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have created a clear and customer-friendly return policy.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we will not be able to accept return requests.

2. Return Eligibility

A product qualifies for return only if:

  • It is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, tags, manuals, and boxes are present.

  • You received:

    • A damaged product

    • A defective product

    • A wrong item compared to what you ordered

3. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety, some products cannot be returned:

  • Used or physically damaged items

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products purchased during clearance/sale

  • Accessories with cut cables or burnt connectors (signs of misuse)

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. WhatsApp your order details & product video showing the issue.

  2. Share your order ID, issue description, and unboxing video/product video showing the defect.

  3. Our support team will verify and arrange for a pickup or provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

In case of a verified damaged/wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For any other return, the customer may need to bear shipping charges.
